Strengthening Awareness Through Improvisation

Embracing one’s mindfulness is the beginning of truly living in the moment. Improvisation, the act of playing, is a perfect outlet for strengthening awareness on a moment to moment basis.

Through improvisational games, Moment To Moment will explore the simplicity and beauty of who you are in this very moment and how that is the filter through which you respond and react to everything around you as well as how to support others as they learn to become comfortable in allowing their expressions to be shared. When one is deeply engaged in play, the ego fades to the background and it is then that all reactions and words come directly from the heart. It is the most joyous, truthful and real place any human can be.

Once a person jumps into play, they will see its principles show up in their daily life as they grow further and further into who they truly are. Contained within a positive and safe environment, all have permission to play, explore, express and develop an even deeper sense of confidence is who they are as they begin to awaken into more of yourself.

Through paralleling improvisation to life, Moment To Moment takes you on a journey that will show you things about yourself you may not be aware of. This is not a performance-based workshop. You need not have any previous experience to join, so all pressure to "perform" and "be funny" are set aside.

Reiki II provides the opportunity to expand your healing to new levels. It opens additional energy centers and connects you to a greater volume of Reiki Energy.

The symbols you learn in Reiki II focus on emotional and mental healing as well as absentee/long distance healing. The symbols learned help in addressing habits or addictions, assisting with emotional upset or trauma, coping with loss ranging from death of a loved one to losing a job or the end of a relationship, and putting an end to mind chatter. Long distance healing allows you to send Reiki to loved ones across the miles, a friend during and after surgery, and even sending healing energy to the past and future.

In Reiki II training you receive two attunements that lead to both a greater sensitivity to energy and psychic awareness.

Strengthening Awareness Through Improvisation

Embracing one’s mindfulness is the beginning of truly living in the moment. Improvisation, the act of playing, is a perfect outlet for strengthening awareness on a moment to moment basis.

Through improvisational games, Moment To Moment will explore the simplicity and beauty of who you are in this very moment and how that is the filter through which you respond and react to everything around you as well as how to support others as they learn to become comfortable in allowing their expressions to be shared. When one is deeply engaged in play, the ego fades to the background and it is then that all reactions and words come directly from the heart. It is the most joyous, truthful and real place any human can be.

Once a person jumps into play, they will see its principles show up in their daily life as they grow further and further into who they truly are. Contained within a positive and safe environment, all have permission to play, explore, express and develop an even deeper sense of confidence is who they are as they begin to awaken into more of yourself.

Through paralleling improvisation to life, Moment To Moment takes you on a journey that will show you things about yourself you may not be aware of. This is not a performance-based workshop. You need not have any previous experience to join, so all pressure to "perform" and "be funny" are set aside.
